We ship FROSTBYTE drops worldwide from our fulfillment partner. Cut-offs and rates are listed below.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Drop releases may take up to 5 business days due to volume.
Standard shipping — $5 flat
Standard shipping is a flat $5 within the United States (3–7 business days).
Sales tax
Alabama state sales tax (4%) is added at checkout on all orders, in line with our home-state collection requirements.
Domestic (United States)
Standard: $5 flat, 3–7 business days. This is the only shipping option offered for this drop.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Track any order at /status.
Lost or delayed
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email frostbyte.us@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before submitting. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
