Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Drop releases may take up to 5 business days due to volume.

Standard: $6, 3–7 business days. Express: $10, 1–3 business days.

International: $18, 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated at checkout where possible.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Track any order at /status.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email frostbyte.us@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
