We want you to be fully satisfied with your FROSTBYTE order. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Engraved & customized items — final sale
No returns or refunds on laser-engraved or otherwise personalized items. Every founder bottle is engraved to order with your name and founder number, which makes it non-resellable. Please double-check spelling at checkout.
Eligibility
Non-personalized items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Final-sale items, custom or engraved orders, and gift cards are not eligible.
How to start a return
Email frostbyte.us@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred.
